Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

The City of Selkirk Campground reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. The City of Selkirk Campground reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, The City of Selkirk Campground shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The City of Selkirk Campground shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Warranty Limitations

There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The City of Selkirk Campground or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Credit / Debit Card Authorizations

An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold against your banks credit card spending limit. When the goods are shipped, a charge for the total amount of the order shipped will be sent to your credit card bank. Your bank should release the authorization when the charge is received. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; an authorization is not a transfer of funds.
